Been AWOL for a bit
Hit a wall and have not been focused for the last couple of months. Weight has been static at around 245-250 but I am hoping to get back on track. First step is to reconnect with support lines (here etc) and keep myself going. Not feeling it to well but Im hoping by saying so it will help me (damn you winter)

If it's any consolation, almost no one can loose weight and exercise perfectly over any significant period of time. There will always be off days and periods. Accept it and get back on the wagon, and take it one day at a time. Soon your momentum will be back in the direction of getting healthier.
