The Difference a Year Makes and 40lbs Less
So I ended last year riding between 235lbs and 240lbs. I decided at xmas it was time to get to work and loose some weight to better my health and improve my riding. I have accomplished both but still have a way to go. I realize avg speed means nothing but I did a ride yesterday that I know I would have never been able to maintain by myself with high winds climbing and distance all in one. Sure not the climbing like others and not as fast as some but a great ride for myself. I still want to get 20lbs more of my lard ass and will get there by end summer.
Here is a activity report from ride
https://connect.garmin.com/activity/31652080
Here are some pics first one from last year next one from about three weeks ago when I was at 205lbs, I'm at 198lbs now.

Nice work YC! I think you're going plenty fast.
I like the new tires and cages. I know you like it loud, but I think that thing would be HOT with some black (or maybe blue) bar tape, matching hoods, black cable housing, and a black saddle... and I bet with your fitness you could flip it now!
