219 and droppin :)

So, weighed myself this morning, 219.6lbs!! was at 265+ at the beginning of the year, so I am totally geeked! Hoping to be 210 by August for my Mt Washington climb, where every pound lost is going to help

Way to go! Keep it up. I grew up south of you in Peters Twp. Used to love going to Moraine St Park and fishing Lake Arthur with my Dad. Still love going back to the Burgh every year for a Steelers game with my boy.

So you're losing about 7.5 lbs per month, and should have no trouble beating your goal by August. But, there's a danger here: at this rate, you won't exist at all after 30 short months!

Thanks! yeh, it is really nice out at Moraine, I have a buddy who is an avid fisherman and he loves fishing that area... da Burgh is always cool to get back to now and again, especially to see a Steelers game.. too bad Ben is such a bum lol
