Hey thanks for sharing that, was a nice break from a bad day at work. I've made a few trips to VT recently but not taken the bike with me. Would love to do some riding there someday, especially down Lake Champlain through the islands.

Great pictures! You certainly captured Vermont in them. What a great State. Looks like it was a great ride...maybe someday for me.

If you will be going east-west, bring some gears. Most people had tripples. Some of the hammerheads who didn't had to walk the tops of Middlebury and Rochester Gaps. I ran a 34x28. Never walked, but was reduced to 3 mph in places. My GF ran a 39x25. She's a petite 5' and can climb. It was discouraging watching her disappear into the distance on long climbs. Hills usually doesn't phase her, but even her legs were sore.
