We really can do anything

Look at this forum:

Mr. Beanz stares mountains in the face and laughs as he climbs them.
Mr. The Historian goes wherever he wants, whenever he wants both on the bike and off, and takes more advantage of the natural world that surrounds us than anyone else I know.
I've done 7 triathlons in the past two years with one more coming next week.
Countless others here do things that blow my mind on a daily basis.

We might not all be as healthy as we want to be, but we're not letting that get in our way. So here's a big "Go us!" as we journey on into fall. Don't let the changing seasons, the drop in temperature, or the increased precipitation get in the way of you getting out there and having fun!

Bikes: One brand-less build-up, and a Connondale Synapse Carbon Ultegra Disc. A nicer bike than I need, but it was a good deal, so... ;-)

I, too, suffer from PTFD*. Doesn't stop me from riding 400k in a single day.

And to any new members/posters to the Clydes & Athenas forum, if others here can do it, you can too!! It may take some time, but if you keep on keepin' on, you'll get there!

The amazing thing about this post is who is making it. I recall a TechKnowGN who had no confidence in himself or his bike... and it wasn't that long ago. :-)
