Tried Sandia Crest Rd today

My goal is to make it to the top...today I stopped at the base of the Ski Area. I think the top could have happened today, but it would have destroyed me.

I lived in Farmington for 12 years and loved riding NM. Congrats on a great ride, how are your legs feeling?

Thanks! I wanted a baseline for the future. I think making it to the top is do-able for sure. I'll get up there next time.

Legs are good...knees started bugging me the final mile going up, though. It's a killer.
