Twenty more pounds and I'm bustin' out of this joint!

Weighed myself yesterday morning, and for the first time in a long time, below 220. So 20 more pounds, and I'll go hang around in the skinny-people forums instead.

How: Riding lots of miles and eating less. Basically cut out hamburgers and fries, and now eliminating snacking after supper and working on no snacking between meals in the day. And starting to eat oatmeal for breakfast instead of cookies and poptarts. It's not easy, but it's not complicated, either.

There's really no secret in losing weight; just burn more calories than you take in, very simple. The trick is in actually doing it.
