No longer a Clyde!

It's taken me three years of trying but I have officially begun the New Year no longer a Clydesdale.

Now weigh 196 pounds.... down 260 when I started... came down to the teens a couple times, but then back to the 20-3 and 30's...even 255 again last spring... but now... six months on the program... I have made it under Clyde status.

you were about my weight. Last Christmas I was 250 and lost 22 lbs by Easter. It stayed off for 3 months then my weight began climbing again. I have to get back on the program.

You are an inspiration.

Hey congrats! When you say "program" is there a specific routine out there you're referencing, or just your personal program?

Job well done. Congratulations. I have a goal to get under 200 also but am struggling. I have been at 225 now for three months and just can't break it. I am down from 300 starting March of 2010. The day I break this lock of 225 will be a happy one for me. Hopefully soon.
