Fit question

Ok so as I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last year I think my fit has changed some, and I am having an issue.

On my road bike when I'm riding I am getting some discomfort in what I believe is my left adductor muscle (muscle between thigh and groin). I'm not sure what is causing it. It is a little painful, but I would describe it more as discomfort than pain. I thought it was the gel saddle that I had on it but I have replaced it.

I figure it has something to do with seat positioning since it is in that area. Before I go trying things with trial and error, I figured I would see if anyone had any advice.

When I get that pain, it's because I'm not watching my form and I let my knees drift out on the upstroke of my pedal rotation. On the down, I end up using more of that inner thigh muscle when bringing my knee back inline.

If I get lazy about form on hills, this also happens.

Yeah, my first thought was form-induced as well. Type of bike? Riding position, etc... Pictures/video would really help.
