As soon as the snow and ice clears, I'm back to commuting. That really has been my savior, a 15-20 mile a day commute really gives one a good bit of riding while also saving money, that's my biggest goal. I'd like to get back to the point where I'm riding all week and the car is sitting in the garage.

If you make it out, we'd have to work something out. There's no way I'd miss touring with The Historian!

Also thanks to everyone for the welcomes back. I know I took a week off right after coming back, but it's time to make some time for the things I love.

Can't wait to get back on the bike, and am glad to be back here.

I've read your blog for the past two years - I believe you hinted at some of this stuff. Good to see you back.

I could not tell from your write up if you're still on the anti-depressants. You're probably aware of this, but most SSRIs cause weight gain. In my case, about 8 years ago, I was losing weight at a good clip and it suddenly came to a screeching halt when I went on anti-depressants. The old "weight loss/gain = calories in - calories out" formula simply did not apply any longer.
