Awesome Clyde Customer Service at Love2Pedal

I remember reading a statement when I ordered a couple things from them a few days ago. "If you aren't happy for whatever reason"......Wow!

I had a little problem with my order and WOW did they make good on their word. I have to say I was a little heartbroken and worried when I noticed the problem but I quickly contacted Dan and Dang did he make good on the deal. I must say that I am always very worried about ordering online but after this experience, I have to say Love2Pedal is one org I won't be worried about dealing with again in the future. They take care of their customers and make good on their deals!

I ordered two more pair shorts after having used their Falconi as my shorts of choice over the last two years. Unfortunatley things wear so I ordered two more after having good results with the shorts as they have exceeded my expectations. Little problem with the order but Dan did darn good!

Aint no worries about Love2Pedal customer service! Excellent!

Thanks Dan!

Scatto 8 panel shorts...........BTW, I forgot to mention in the OP that the delivery was F-A-S-T!!! I placed the order Sunday night, received confirmation on Monday and at my doorstep on Wed morning.. I'm almost certain they hired a driver to deliver the package personally.

............They must know that I'm Mr. Skeptic.

Actually I ordered without the use of Mr. Beanz so they didn't know that I was a poster. So to receive awesome customer service you know compliments must mean something coming from my skeptical butt!

Mr. Beanz

Thanks for the review / info on live2pedal as I decided to buy something the other day from them as well (first time). I noticed that the owner (Dan) posts here on BF from time to time as well.

As always, you post the best stuff.

+1 on Love2pedal. I've ordered shorts and jerseys several times there. They have a huge selection of wookie sizes, and the shipping is always fast and reliable.

I'll echo Mr. Beanz here. A few months ago I ordered some bibs from them and they sent me an email letting me know that the bibs ran a little big, and if that is indeed the size I needed, I should go with a smaller size. I did, and they were right. That is the first time I really felt excellent proactive customer service from an e-tailer. I will be shopping with them again.

What brand were the bibs that you got? I've been looking at the Falconis because they're so reasonably priced, but it always seems like a crapshoot on sizing.

+1 I got the falconi bibs from love2pedal last year, I don't put the miles in like Mr. Beanz, but they've worked really well for me. It was a great experience ordering online and also as an introduction to the frightening world of grape smugglers. I was looking at the offerings at my local sports shop, and they all seemed out of my price range or a bit dodgy on quality. I've been very happy with how my bibs have functioned and held up. I wonder if Dan will run the "Clyde" promotion again this spring? I need to order another pair so I don't have to do the laundry as often.

I've been posting about Love2Pedal for almost two years (and they were already well-known then) but suddenly Beanz gets all the credit?!? Oh well... I still think the Falconi Deluxe Bibs are one of the best bargains in cycling apparel. I've got a half-dozen pairs hanging in the closet so I can ride all week and not have to do laundry.

Don't get your feeling hurt sweety, I'm not taking credit, just posting a good experience with Love2Pedal's CS. I've seen you posts in the past and know they've been around, this post was just about my latest experience with them.

Well then you do deserve credit as well and thanks to google I did read your earlier comments regarding love2pedal and that is where I noticed that the owner (Dan) posted here on BF as well. This was before I had decided to place an order and your thread was helpful in my decision making.

I also appreciate your comments regarding the bibs as I was wondering about those as well, since the price is very reasonable.

Mr. Beanz, by coincidence posted such a timely (for me) topic I had to give him a tip of the hat as dealing with love2pedal is a new experience with me.

Given that love2pedal is well known as you say, proves that I really need to get out more.

I believe they were the Falconi Deluxe, not the cheapest, but one up from that. Oh, I also got them through fleabay for like 2 for ~$50.
I love them and can't wait to need smaller ones.

They are good shorts. I wore them on my two week tour in 2009. I had saddle trouble, but none from the shorts.

Wow, just received the replacements today. A little note from Dan that the new updated model was sent as replacements and if I'm not happy, let him know. Heck Yes I am happy!

I can't tell the difference in stitch pattern, I'm all about comfort,me chamois that I've enjoyed for the last couple years. Trips me out how fast the service and delivery is at L2P!!!

Again, Thanks Dan....Super Service!
