See this posting.

I don't watch the show, so I wouldn't know the guy from Adam's cat, but good on him.

If you want another shocker, look at John Goodman's before and after shots.

Yeah, I saw Ethan on TV recently and had to do a double take. This guy used to be HUGE! He has plaid in all kinds of movies as well. Pretty impressive, and he is a roadie!

the guy is a great actor. Glad to see he's not going to go the John Candy/Chris Farley route.

While we are discussing celebrities, Wayne Knight, who played Newman on Seinfeld, lost an enormous amount of weight too.

Ha-ha! His comment on wearing spandex made the short interview for me. Good on him for the weight loss.

That's totally cool. Sounds like he totally changed his lifestyle. And to sustain the weight loss over 11 years. Awesome!!

Oh yeah that is where I've seen him before. Wasn't he the older brother to "Corey?"

There's not sailboat there. Those pictures are a lie. But yeah, that was him.

Nope he was one of the bullies. His dad is Vader from WWF so good for him for beating genetics.

OMG you have to watch the show. One of the funniest shows ever. Good for him! He was also in the movie Remember the Titans.

He was one of the bullies at first. Later he became friends with both Corey and Shawn (although still known as the "enforcer") and had the "soul" of a poet. Basically he has been a big guy for as long as I can remember. It's strange seeing him thin now.

I know him as Louie Lastik from Remember the Titans which is one of my favorite movies. He was very large in that movie.
