Hello Again

Well I haven't been on here in a long time and I just thought it was time to come back. For those who know I feel out of the clydesdale classification last year and I was so happy about it then...winter came and along with it came some serious depression issues which I have seemed to have finally overcome, hence I'm back on here. I got down to 195lbs last year as of June 17th, my birthday, but shortly after that I began to have issues and the gut started to grow again. I then peaked out in February all the way up to 252Lbs before I finally gained control again. I am back down to 220lbs as of today and I need to get more off as I'm doing a ride from the Yukon to Alaska in June the 18th to be exact the day after I turn 40....yikes!! It's good to be back and I look forward to reading and adding posts once again.

Welcome back, youcoming. The road doesn't always take us forward. Sometimes ya gotta double back, and we don't always know why.

Once a Clyde or Athena always a Clyde or Athena. Blood in, Blood out in my hood (or Calories in, Calories out in this forum ).

Glad to see you back.
