Congratulations, JohnnyHK, Clydesdale Emeritus!

Yep, you can take the Clyde weight off, but you never truly leave here, Johnny......welcome to the honored status of Clydesdale Emeritus, for successfully hitting your goal of less than 200 pounds.

Gratz, dude!

Not quite that big.

About 4 years ago I hit about 107kg (235lb). I moved to HK and after I was here about 3 weeks I caught a bug, spent 4-5 days rushing to the bathroom to either sit down or kneel down, and got down to about 100kg (220lb).

That stuck around for a while until I bought a bike (sold my bikes in AUS before moving) and got riding. Riding saw me get down to a fluctuating 94-97kg range (207-213lb).

Late last year I saw a nutritionist, went on a food plan, and now I'm about 88-90kg (194-198) and pretty steady. I've gone on a 'no-beer' fast for a bit and the weight has stayed on the lower side of that range and I'm hoping to sneak it down to about 85kg. Have yet to go back to the nutritionist (off official plan since Feb - maintained ok by self).

Going on holiday in August to Switzerland and I hope to be taking a new bike with me - those hills are big, so 85kg would be a better size!

No, you still earned it, and can get back there.

Now that is neat. I hope to get there by the end of June. It is going extremely slow for me right now as I had hit a major plateau for 3 months but now started losing again. My original goal was a 100 pounds by March 14th 2011. Didn't make it I have about 14 yet to go.
