Add another 24.1 miles to mine did Rockwood to Myersdale and back on the GAP on 5/7/11, oh yea the Axiom Panners are great for packing in the stuff we need for the long day rides.

I got in 10.5 miles on 5/4, 10.5 (same route on 5/6), and 17 today - that was a total adventure ride. I just set out riding and eventually made it back home. Only had to use the iphone gps once!!. It is a great feeling when my lungs outlast my legs.

Ok today was an easy ride after yesterday here only did 15.2 miles from Sutersville to Greennock and back on the GAP. I don't know but if I keep up at this pace I will not be in the 100mile/month for long. If you've ever rode the GAP the orange waterfall was flowing great today the the orange and white one was too.

OK.. I'm done - 108 miles last week. I hope to build on that. I need to be at 200 miles per week by the end of the month.

It's hard to keep track of total mileage for the month between the two bikes, but I've gone somewhere between 120 and 140 miles so far in May. I did 45 yesterday.

My girlfriend and I spent a lot of Saturday kayaking, and found a bunch of goslings, including some that had hatched Thursday evening. I brought my new (to me) camera, and shot about 700 photos.

May 10 did another 15.3 miles on the GAP from West Newton to Van Meter and back.. The weekday rides in the early evening I think are great for stress relief.

I completed 15 miles today and also met a goal I set for myself: 10 miles in around 1 hour 15 minutes.

Total for May:
40 miles complete / 60 miles to go

Looks like I completed May's goal a bit early:

5/3: 14.61
5/4: 14.80
5/5: 14.35
5/6: 15.01
5/7: 6.04
5/8: 7.58
5/10: 15.09
5/11: 15.03

Grand total of: 102.51 miles

At this rate I may be able to hit 200!

Today (5/16): 10 miles

Total for may: 50 miles completed / 50 miles to go

Bad news: Bike is at LBS getting fixed due to front fork issue. Hope it only takes a week or less and I can catch up on riding.
