3 straight weeks, 1 pound loss. Guess that is better than 1 pound gain.

Lost when I should have gained.

4/25/2011 - 257lbs
6/6/2011 - 245.6 lbs
6/13/2011 - 243.8 lbs
The pessimist in me says - caught a cold, spent no time exercising, ate horrible and my weight still went down. Suspect I was dehydrated or traded some muscle for fat.
The optimist in me says - 2lbs !!! I'll take it.

I've been slacking not making my weigh-ins but we seem to still be on the downhill so I'm ok with it!
Only 4 pounds to go until I hit the 100lb mark!

I currently weigh on Fridays. I am not consistent on what day of the week I weigh in and often miss weeks.
All time high: 158 in December 2010
March 30: 143.5 First weigh in since the 158 reading. Was in Texas for the winter and I did not weigh myself, just counted the calories.
April 6: 140
April 13: 139
April 20: 137
April 27: 137
May 3: 136.5
May 9: 135
On trip, no weighing until June
June 3: 131
June 10: 130

Goal, four pounds a month. (A hair less than a pound a week)

Yesterday I had a big buffet lunch out with friends, went over calories by 500 for the day. I"ll go under today by 250.

Finally bought some new clothes since starting the weight loss. Down to 34 from 38 waist. Haven't been there since my first daughter was born over 14 years ago. No more XXL shirts. The only bummer is now most my cycling jersies are too loose. Not that I'm complaining but I really like them.

Outstanding! Understood about the jerseys, but isn't that a great problem to have?
