Did my 1st back to back commute
So this morning I woke up feeling just fine. No aches and pains like last week. I rode on Monday and Wensday. It was suppose to be every other day cause of my weight. Well like I said no sore ,aches or anything...so I rode in today. I was a wee bit tired at the end and had to walk a bit. But I feel just fine and dandy now now that I did it. Tomorrow we take a break.

Congratulations!
If I don't commute by bike, I have to go for a bike ride that evening. I enjoy it, mind you, but commuting on two wheels winds up saving me time. So if you're anything like me, you earned yourself a free afternoon, along with however many calories you burned.

Commuting is addictive. Soon you'll be gazing longingly at other commuter cyclists on your day off and champing at the bit to join them.
