Allen you inspired me to get back on my bike. I've been off my bike for a week or so with a pulled muscle in my back but your ride report
got me excited and I rode to a new personal record of 4 miles! Doesnt sound like much but it had me huffing and puffin and feeling super at the end of the ride. Thanks for sharing both your good times and bad.
