does anyone remember "The Biggest Loser"
Last year, I got a lot of support here when I tried to lose weight. One of the things that helped me was a weekly "Biggest Loser" post. I participated in the winter and spring, then petered out in the summer. I noticed that the thread stopped getting posted in October.
On Monday, I'm going to reboot that idea. Kinda.
The Biggest Loser was all about weight. I'd like a weekly post about health milestones in general. So some folks will post about throw weight, others might tell us about mileage or home-cooked meals or whatever.
So look for the Weekly Inspiration Network posting on Monday. You guys inspire me, and I think we can all inspire each other. And that makes us all WINners.
