YAY the Bee rode 50 Gruelling miles in Palm Beach
 

Hi Guys - Long time no post :)
So I went off for a nice ride today and decided to ride from Boca to Palm Beach (51 miles round trip) All was going great! The scenery is unbelievable! The ocean is stupendous.
Lots of gorgeous mansions (no one invited me in....) but anyhoo....


17.8 ish avg on the way to Palm Beach.... however I thought I was just having a great day...until I turned back. Oh my!!! My avg for the day was in the low 13's . The wind was incredible. I felt like I was riding up 3 Gap (GA Mtns). Anyhow - just saying hi!

My goal since I moved here in June was to be able to ride with the big boys - and be bale to ride in Charity rides and go the distance....I felt very triumphant today!!

Would love to lose the weight - but have not been dedicated enough to a good food plan - but at least aI am in the right direction!!

Gotta love the wind at you back...until you turn around:)

It's gotta be that way... if the wind was in front of you for the first 25 miles you'd turn around long before you got there. Maybe. ;)
