Reached a small milestone!

This morning weighed 239.2! I think the combination of having a wisdom tooth and a molar removed and not being able to eat as much combined with four days of commuting by bike has paid off. Missed commuting on Wednesday but on Thursday not only commuted but also did a one hour spin class at about 90% effort. Think I'll go celebrate by going for a ride!

Excellent! It's always good to tick off milestones... good effort!

I don't imagine the tooth you had removed weighed enough to contribute all that much to the loss

I cry a ton when I have a tooth removed. Needless to say, that makes me lose a lot of weight!

I haven't had to have teeth removed since I was a teenager. That said I've only been to the dentist three times since 1992 and two of those trips were to fix a tooth that broke. I'm not sure what it is with my teeth, I've got one tooth with bits broken off it and another one where so much has broken off there's hardly anything left of it at all but neither caused me any pain at all.
