Stage 19 was the long individual time trial.

7-19 26.69 miles which included commuting and a 20 mile group ride where we had several sprints a couple of small hills.
7-20 6.48 miles easy commute including a several block long sprint with a top speed of 26 mph.
7-21 48.79 miles that included a 3.2 mile time trial (Strava segment) that I went all out; segment is called a sprint in Strava but I think 3 miles is a bit long for a sprint. 1426 feet elevation.

Stage 20 if you are still with the challenge is just a fun ride! Hope this challenge has encouraged you to get out and ride.
