Absolutely! I'm looking forward to a time when I have a chance to be on the "sending side" of this thread.

I'll try to remember that. I have thought it is unfortunate that I have no significant connection to Canada to be wearing a Canuck jersey aboot. People will think I"m a loonie!

(mods -- this was ok'd by Tom via PM)
I am still a clyde, though now in the low 200s (201.4 this morning) after years in the 240s. I have purged the closet and have several used jerseys that I no longer, um, fill.
Free to forum clydes (via pm, please) are the following, lightly used and clean
- 4 performance / nashbar XL jerseys
- one long sleeved winter jersey
- one event jersey
All fit me quite well when I had a 39-40 waist. I am 6'3.
And finally, thanks to all in the community here.

Hi-vis light jacket and vest.
These are a bit big for me now and flap about in the wind when riding.
Both items from Uno, an Australian company with a wide range of basic/budget cycling gear. Made in China. Their website isn't working but I know that their store is still there.
Jacket - yellow and dark blue. Reflective trim. Mesh sides. Light fleece inside collar. Zip with velcro over flap. Pocket with zip. Size L. Measures 61cm/24in from armpit to armpit when flat (roughly a 48in chest measurement, a wearable 46?). Stain on centre back (near pocket) that looks to have been caused by being pressed up against some other dark clothing (odd pattern) when wet.

Vest - yellow and black. Reflective trim. Mesh back. Light fleece inside collar. Size XL. Measures 61cm/24in from armpit to armpit when flat (roughly a 48in chest measurement, a wearable 46?).

Taken by the man in the windy city...

I have the above pedals from Black Walnut to send to someone in the US via USPS flat rate box. I was going to use them but decided to out fit all my bikes with SPD pedals so they have no use for me. Never installed them just put them in the bike part cabinet.

All -- my jerseys are gone now; but do check back to see if others do giveaways.
Honestly, for me it was mostly volume of food. Exercise matters as does muscle tone (especially core), but the key was keeping it to 2500 or preferably 2000 calories a day. I lost steadily for over a year, and then stabilized at a good weight (205).
Also: limited fried food, masses of vegetables, fewer carbs and fruit.
