Unrelated topic - Dragon Boat!

I signed up for my company's dragon boat team (fundraising for the Heart and Stroke foundation). Much harder than it looks! We did reasonably well despite it being our first ever event, and only having three practice sessions beforehand.
What a workout - my whole body is tired today. Now I find myself looking up carbon fiber paddles online. Just what I need, another expensive sport.
Anyone else done this?

LMAO, too funny... carbon fiber paddles My wife used to do it with her office when we lived in Singapore - it was a big deal and there were tons of participants but I've personally never done it. She had tons of fun though.

Nice. I did some outrigger paddling last summer - cool sport. Kialoa is a local company for me, so yep, I bought a couple myself.
