Keeping Diabetes In Check

Received some great news yesterday.. Latest A1C test came back @ 5.6%

One of my initial goals is reached. Wondering if it can go lower but am happy I'm 0.4% lower than the "Ideal" level.

Starting the 2nd of 2 weeks on the road and really missing my bike! Doing my gym routine is getting old but with this news, I have a great reason to not miss a workout...

Thank You to everyone that has inspired and encouraged me.. it helped keep me motivated..

Good for you!! I just had mine checked as well and am happy with 5.9 for the second time in a row. I get mine checked twice yearly.

Thanks for inspiring others!
