Biking and Jon Gabriel's weight loss method...

Anyone have experience using Jon Gabriel's weight loss approach while bicycling for fitness?
I can control and lose weight while bicycling, but. I am at most at 110 kg...

An Australian friend noticed it seems to center on attitude and lifestyle change including visualization and eating more veggies - and raw ones too.

A Google search found a lot of info on it - usually from Australia where Gabriel lives...
I am interested in any experiences from BF members/contributors...
