A leptin primer

Those of you that suffered through the presentation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM should have gotten the fact that the fructose in HFCS and Sucrose is metabolized in the liver. It creates fatty acids and uric acid and also blocks the receptors for leptin. I finally found a link to help you understand what leptin does without a full blown bio-chem discussion. Here it is: https://whole9life.com/2011/10/theres...leptin-primer/
