AeroTech "Big Man" jerseys.

Have any of you guys purchased these? How was the fit relative to the size chart and the quality of the material / build?

Are there any other manufacturers out there that you'd recommend?

I'm a 58-60" chest, 54-56" waist... and I'm having a heck of a time finding Jerseys.

Any input you guys can give me would be great.

I bought an aerotech jersey this morning. I bought size 2XLT. It shipped in about 3 hours, so I will give them a thumbs up for shipping speed.

I'll let you know how I like in in about a week once it arrives.

I bought a Jersey from aerotechdesigns.com about 10 months ago. I can speak to the quality, it's fine. It gets worn almost every weekend and shows no signs of wear. I got a XL and it was a bit small compared to a XL Nike T shirt.

Cant help you with the aerotech jerseys but I can say that from the sounds of it I am likely a tad larger than you. I find the primal wear 3xl to be "wearable" If they were just a little longer I would say they fit. My C/A jersey I ordered in the first batch, it is a 5xl and is my goto.
I am generally a 2xl-3xl in regular shirts and 42-44 in wrangler jeans (which i think is really about a 54)

I have a 3xl primal hanging up that I cannot wear; it basically is so small it makes me look like a sausage.

C/A ?

C/A is the forum jersey. Sausage is all relative, I dont wear tight clothes so ALL bike clothes make me feel like a sausage!

I bought two. I normally am a 2xl guy but I went with the 3xl cause I don't like clothes that cling. The 3xl is just loose enough to be comfortable. I'm 285 lbs and a 44-46 waist. I think the jerseys are just fine.

I'm a gal, so I can't speak to that exact model, but I've bought three plus-sized women's jerseys from there and am very happy with all of them. Sturdy, true to size, reasonably flattering.

I too am a woman, but since even Aerotech's women's jerseys appear to be sized in such a way that I wouldn't be comfortable in them, I end up purchasing Aerotech's tall men's jerseys, and they are GREAT! I deliberately order the tall men's 3XL and the extra length is more than adequate, and the 3XL size gives me a whole lot of room. The jerseys feel true-to-size as far as I can tell, the tall version, with 3 extra inches of length, allow me to feel comfortable out in bike shorts (and as I have a long torso, most women's clothing in general leaves a lot to be desired as length is concerned). I totally recommend Aerotech!

As other manufacturers go, have you looked at Love 2 Pedal? I think they've got some jerseys up to 5XL. I haven't given them a try yet so I know absolutely nothing beyond that, and I'm not entirely certain about the jerseys there.

Do you have a link for the jersey you want to know about?

I have about eight of their jerseys and love them. I wear one everyday when commuting. Also their bibs rock.

Hopefully it fits good, so I can order some more... I love riding with a jersey... but my current AMERICA!!!!! one is a bit much for me.

I have 3 of their jerseys; one long sleeve, two short sleeve, plus a pair of bibs, and a pair of tights. High quality stuff, and the fit is comparable to what you would wear from Casual Male B&T, ie a 4X is a 4X. The jerseys are a bit snug, like a jersey should be, but not overly tight. They fit right, it just takes a bit to get used to the fit. If you want looser, order a size up.

Picked up the 4x, fits well. I could probably go with a 3x and it would just be a little snugger. Overall, I'm very impressed with the jersey.
