Showers Pass Transit jacket, mine is bright yellow. It's a bit heavier than their lighter jackets, but the cut is generous and it's got the required long tail, back and pit vents, and two-way zipper. Sure it's a rain jacket, but it's also great for windy cool rides.

TBH, if you visit your LBS and look around, just about anything they have will fit your wants.

I have a specialized wind vest that I really like. I'm about your size and 2XL works well. No sleeves, obviously.

I got their transit pants this past winter & I like it a lot. if I didn't already have a cycling rain jacket I would consider their jacket. or if mine starts to wear down

PI has cycling jackets in xxl that should work for you, be sure to look at relax fit. I have some fox mtb jerseys in xxl that are loose fitting, I don't have any of their jackets but expect them to be loose fitting also.

I bought a Nashbar softshell cycling jacket a few years ago and I have not found the need to upgrade. For what it's worth I am 6' 210 pounds with lowish body fat and their large fits me great.

Not a cycling specific jacket but took a chance because it was under $20 shipped, nice and long in the sleeves so it doesn't ride up my wrists and has inner stretchy cuffs to keep wind out... tail is long as well. fairly thick compared to some of my cycle specific jackets but light enough and flexible, good around 45-55 degrees or so.

I have a seemewear long sleeve windbreaker that doesnt fit me right so I'm looking to sell. I'm 6'3" 212 and it's too large around my waist and too small at my arms. Sounds like it may be perfect for your measurements.
If you go to seemewear dot com and look at the cycling windbreaker, bought it last Fall, worn it twice and washed it and it has been taking up space in my closet ever since.
If anyone is interested I'd take 40 bucks for it.

Foxwear | Custom Sized Sports Clothing by Lou Binik | Salmon, ID | (877) 756-3699

Have Lou make you a jacket that is custom to you. I had one made that is neoshell in the front for being windproof and power stretch in the back for breathability. Has three pockets on the bag like a riding jersey. Just love it. And it's cheaper than most off the shelf jackets, fits perfect and I don't overheat.

You work the measurements back and forth with him then the guy - amazingly - sits down and makes the jacket for you and sends it to you. From when we agreed on what I want until I got it in my hands was one week. ONE WEEK. You get it, then you send him a check or PayPal. If it's not right, he'll tailor it until it is. That said, everything pretty much fits right out of the gate like he says it will.

For me, this is the perfect solution. Most cycling jackets seem to be cut for TdF World Tour cyclists in mind. I'm not built like a bird like they are. This fits perfect and it breathes awesomely well.

I just got a hi-viz jacket (it comes in 4 colors) on Amazon, and I love it. Not quite a loose fit, it's a little snug around my gut (working on it) but not too-form fitting. The brand is Arsuxeo, one of the Asian brands, and it's inexpensive but pretty good quality. I reviewed it recently as Wilhelm, but here's the short version- I'm 6'1", short torso, long arms, 225lbs. 44L sport coat, 35 sleeve, 38 waist, bit of a gut. 2XL fits me quite well, will be even better as my weight drops. I could post a mirror shot if it would help.
