The good word is my Uncle is out of ICU. Sorry....let me back up. My Uncle came down with spinal meningitis and has been in ICU for a few weeks now. I had hopes of getting everything shipped out over the weekend. Oh, wait, let me back up further. The box showed up from China on Friday! OK, so I planned on doing it Saturday, but my parents called and needed some help at my Uncle's place. So, sorry, folks, but I dropped all of you to help them! Deal with it! :roflmao2: Anyway, I got up at 4:30 this morning to get them all packaged up and shipped out, and found out I'm out of boxes. Went to the post office this morning and got more boxes. I'm HOPING to get them all packaged tonight and to the post office tomorrow morning.

Stay tuned.

PJ, family first. I will wait as can everyone else that ordered one.

But since we are all one big C&A family, get with the shipping!

I kid, I totally kid. Thanks for taking care of all of this, if you are ever out in Chicago or I am out your way I owe you a beverage of your choice.

LabRat2k3 10-29-13 02:53 PM

We have waited this long, take care of things with your family first.

SammyJ 10-29-13 03:06 PM

Yes, jerseys can wait. Family first!

AWB 10-29-13 03:35 PM

Yep +1, jerseys can wait, family comes first.
We will be here when everything has been sorted.

PhotoJoe 10-29-13 04:41 PM

Thanks everyone. The C/A family has a great attitude. I still plan on getting them shipped tomorrow morning. Obviously, family DID come first, though! :p

...only after a ride, of course!

Psycholist.5150 10-29-13 04:46 PM

I wish had seen this sooner. They look really cool. Oh well. Maybe next time. I read about it being a while, but that will give me time to get down to a size that I can fit into something more reasonable than currently.

PhotoJoe 10-29-13 05:40 PM

Stay tuned.....

Beverage of his choice? What if it's 25 year old scotch? Hahaha.

Glad to hear your uncle is out of the ICU. My friend had meningitis at 25 and for a young guy, it was incredibly brutal. Can't imagine how hard it must have been for someone older.

Jerseys in shipping boxes. Next step, to the post office!!!

LabRat2k3 10-30-13 08:24 AM

\m/(>.<)\m/ Rock out!

PhotoJoe 10-30-13 09:43 AM

It's all out of my hands now! 1-3 day priority mail, depending on where you live.

PhotoJoe 10-30-13 01:27 PM

Well...it's been 6 hours. Everybody get their jerseys? AWB - I'll give yours until 6pm. It'll take longer to get to you! :roflmao2:

LabRat2k3 10-30-13 02:41 PM

The USPS is just trying to keep us down, they have been mad at us cyclists ever since the whole Lance Armstrong thing. :D

I got mine this afternoon. Looks great.

PhotoJoe 10-31-13 05:58 PM

I figured you'd get yours today. Enjoy! :thumb:

LabRat2k3 11-01-13 05:28 PM

Got mine today. Sure looks good, and fits great. Will look much better without the extra padding in the middle. Thanks for putting this together.

Chitown_Mike 11-01-13 07:53 PM

Got mine as well! Thanks once again PJ, the fit is what I expected (I got mine on the slightly smaller size to keep my weight loss going, and the pictures don't do it justice. Really like the colors and design. Everything is top notch so far! Now to sweat in it like Lindsay Lohan at a court hearing...

Sorry about the late reply, internet has been down

Am looking forward to receiving the jersey, when it gets closer I shall camp down the bottom of the driveway waiting for its arrival :thumb:

I'm not sure if the story went public, but this is the second jersey AWB has ordered. The one he ordered in Round 2 went from L.A. to Denver to Atlanta where it sat in unclaimed postal hell. Amazingly, I got it back to L.A. then sent it again. It only took 2 months to ship it to him in Australia. And in case you were wondering, NEITHER Denver nor Atlanta are remotely in the same direction as Australia from L.A.! Here's hoping USPS gets it right the first time for Round 3! :thumb::roflmao2:

Didn't make my jerseys travel public, as it has done more miles than I have :D, but the main thing is that it did eventually arrive and looks great (thanks again :thumb:)

Looking forward to the arrival of the round 3 jersey :D

Had to take mine out for a test ride today. It fits just right through the chest and shoulders, and when I lose some more of this gut I will look less like a stuffed sausage.

yep, now it will spend the next week or so to get from one side of Australia to the letterbox.

Rollinrock 11-03-13 02:02 PM

Just got my jersey in yesterday and I really love it! I got a size over because some said they ran a little small. Turns out it's just a tad big but that's my own fault. I love the jersey. Love the colors and it feels great. Thanks so much. Now to break it in :)

PhotoJoe 11-03-13 06:34 PM

Let me cover all the "thank you"'s with one big "You're very welcome". I'm glad I could help put all this together. Again, it was a great team effort in designing it. Hope everyone enjoys them!
