Yup, to the above, I've been here a little over a week, gone on 6 rides thus far, and I'm enjoying reading about all the other new folks giving this biking thing a go. Just got back from 12 miles of flat and straight bike trail of about an hour ride. This was my first exercise ride on flat and it was exhilarating. Normally I am non-stop up and down steep hills behind my house where the first two 3 mile rides nearly did me in as well as the next two 5 mile rides.
