Didn't quite make my goal weight. As of this morning, 342.3, for a loss of 11.7.

Crushed my riding goal. As of yesterday, I am at 147.34, and I am planning to get a ride in this morning.

Not a bad month for my first month on the bike.

Good job, even if you haven't met your goal weight, you still lost close to 12 lbs

Forgot that today was the last day of the month. I weigh myself in the mornings and forgot to so I'll take the weight from Saturday morning.

Start: 226
Goal: 215
Actual: 217.0 Missed by 2 pounds. Still pretty happy with that and still on my way to 200 pounds by Christmas.

Riding goal: 200 miles
Actual: 225 miles

Just did a 21.62 km ride.
That puts me at 135 km for the month...15 km short of my goal.
My weight...I don't know, woke up at 4 am to go work this morning and forgot to get on the scale, so I'll take the 315 from a couple days ago, so a 3 lbs loss...goal was to lose 10.lbs

27 miles today. Total 503 miles. Most I've done in a month in two years.

I lost 13 lb. this month. Almost half way to my goal in about a month and a half. Maybe I'll be there by Christmas (I expect the weight loss to slow as the weather cools and I don't ride as much).

Tonight's ride pic: The edge of town. This road was just built, they included bike lanes right out of the box.

Well that didn't go as planned . At mid month I was ready to smash both my goals of 245 pounds, and 280 km. Have had bad weather and a week of the flu and missed both goals. Oh well this is a long term thing right?

9-1 = 253
9-8 = 250 (-3)
9-16= 248.5 (-4.5)
9-30 = 247 (-6)
missed goal by 2 pounds.
Distance = 198km missed goal by 82 km.
On to next month.

So checking in... I just missed my weight goal, at 220.0. I had some days that didn't go very well, but I recovered and brought it back down close to my goal. I'd started thinking that I'd be a lot further away from the teens, so wasn't very motivated, but then I took some measurements and I'd lost and gained in all the right places (chest, waist, arms, hips all down by at least an inch or more, and thighs were up by over an inch), so that helped get me motivated and back on track.

As for the distance on the bike, I had more opportunity than expected (I'd bought some rollers so I could ride late at night when the flock of children were finally sleeping) and put in 387km. All in all a good month, had to go out and buy new clothes...
