Just purchased a trainer

I purchased a bike trainer to ride when I'm too big of a wuss to go outside, or that I've been on the bike enough to be a wee bit bored with it. When I take multiple long rides during the week I'm as relaxed and clear-minded as I get and I need to move on to something else. With a trainer I can more easily go for a period of time then hop off and do some planks, pushups, etc. and then hop back on for more punishment. I can also get a movie going, watch a series, read a book (most likely), etc.
