Hope to top 2013 . . .

Enjoy reading everyone's success stories here and can certainly relate with people having weight issues. I'm 55 years old. I lost 45 pounds during first four months of 2013 (260 down to 215). Rode 3,084 miles in 2013 including Pittsburgh, PA, to DC on GAP and C&O Canal Trails. Put a few pounds on over recent holidays, but now getting back into routine and eating more sensibly. Hope everyone has a great new year and keeps a can-do attitude.
