Yup, Pennsylvania.
And I haven't posted my numbers yet, so
4/1 - 11.8 miles on the flat bike trail with my daughter
4/2 - 11.2 miles on the same trail taking the camera up to attempt some shots of that tunnel (failed as I said, Take-a-Look mirror I didn't realize was blocking the flash, LOL.
April Total - 23.0 miles.

it's pretty close......if I get into a open spot for the BWR challenge
thinking out loud.....
600 miles
35,000 ft vertical
15 miles running
2 centuries
1 double metric
trying to plan my ride for today after work and thinking of how much time I really want to spend using my lights after the sun goes down or what area I will be when I do have to use them is more important.

like I said, iduno if I want to pedal to reach those numbers The vertical part is the challenge since i can't climb. But the BWR will cover a few of those goals in one swoop

Did a ride on the Lehigh Gorge Trail. The trail was pretty dry, but had to pick and choose a path to get a solid area... after about 2.5 miles the hard part of the path became harder and harder to find, so I rode less than expected. It was a good workout.

Cruising my favorite abandon dam site yesterday for 20 miles and 2,900' of climbing.
Picture shows one of the reasons why the dam was never built. That diagonal exposed strip of rock in the background is a small fault line found during construction, which obviously isn't the best foundation for a big concrete arch dam.

I had surgery last month. I really hope I get cleared to ride by the end of the month. I got a new bike that has not been ridden and is begging for a punishment. Hopefully I can get 50 miles, it's a small but realistic goal.

I had a nice ride yesterday, it was good to have a ride with no foot or knee pain!
