Update on a Clydesdale
Some of the Clydesdales might remember me. Lately, I've been busy working on me, riding, exercising, etc.
The blue shirt pic was me last year in jan at 335 pounds.
The red picture is of me on Saturday, 259 pounds.
I started this journey at 380 pounds.
Total lost 120ish pounds
Still have 59ish pounds to go.

congrats. I sort of stalled out this winter, but am hoping to pick up again now that weather's warming up (and in 2 more weeks I'll be done giving finals for this semester, so one more stressor will be gone).

Congrats chefisaac!!! Keep up the good work. Sounds like your goal is about the same as mine.....200 lbs.
I would be dancing in the streets if I achieve that this year.
regards,
John S

Good job Mr Chef! I was wondering where you'd got to.
That's a lot of weight to shift!

120 lb, that's awesome! You look fantastic in the recent pic and it will only get better. I'm guessing you are rather tall, 6' or above? Great job!

Congrats on your loss!
Last year in Jan I was at 330, down to 222 now. It was a rough winter. I still need to lose 65-75 lbs to get to an "average" weight for my height & age.
It's not easy but it sure is worth it.

Way to go Chef!
You should add those photos to the "Before and After" thread.
It's always good to see another inspirational post.

Way to go chef….I'm just 2.8lbs from my goal too. I don't get on here very much but I noticed you hadn't been posting…a nice surprise to see your post tonight. Enjoy your rides. Do you still post on your blog?
