I was doing great last fall. Bought a new bike...eating good...riding frequently. Then one of my best friends died in November, and my mom died in December. I pretty much quit riding, and quit worrying about diet. Not surprisingly, I'm now further out of shape, and gained some weight. So, I dusted off the bike, and I'm back at it. 8 miles yesterday, and felt great. I can't wait to get back in shape, and lose some weight.

Sometimes it takes a while to get back into the "groove" after tragic events like you went thru.
Sorry to hear about the loss but good for you on getting back after it.
