Why can't I find the thread I want?

I have tried--rather unsuccessfully--to find a thread I read long long ago.
The thread was an article about how a bike will fall into one of three categories: wife mother or mistress. (I think that was the three options but it was something very similar.)
I have also looked in the roadie forum and will debase myself by posting over there if I must, but I think there is a good chance I read it here since I rarely go to the Roadie place. (It smells in there and I feel like I need a shower when I leave.)
Anybody know of what I speak?

no, but if you want a better search engine, use google, not the forum search feature.

You can specify what results you want from google with the site:bikeforums.net/clydesdales-athenas-200-lb-91-kg qualifier and you can even specify a time range for results.

Well, I did the unthinkable and went to the Roadie Place. Sure enough, one of them knew exactly what I was looking for. (The whole experience was painless)
In case anyone would be interested, here is the thread I was looking for. (Turns out it was in the Commuting forum.)
The Stripper, The Mistress and The Wife
(Disclaimer: While this is not a dirty or NSFW thread, it is probably PG13)
