Now all I have to do is acually ride. Work has been kicking my but. Will be heading out tommorow morning and will try to break the 15 mile barrier. Then i have a group ride with the local club I joined on Tuesday should be about 16 miles .. hopefully his will all work the way I have it planned

I need to write an application that checks Strava and sends out an automated phone call to berate those that are not riding. I'd do this except it would call me as well.

HAHHAHHA this is an awesome idea.. It should also always mask it's caller ID as one of your contacts so you don't ignore it.

Wow, I went to the Strava BF Clyde club and the price of poker has gone way up. Click on Average Speed, there's some nice numbers up there.

What do you like about that site and why do you use it more over other sites. I'm about to get a new iphone and I'm trying to determine what site is best for me out of the 3-4 ones available.

Force of habit more than anything. Ive had that app for over 3 years and always liked it. I tried map my fitness and map my ride, was never really too happy with them. Now that I'm using a Windows phone I am limited on apps. My next adventure is going to be with fitbit. The app is nice and they have a new hrm watch that syncs to your phone along with their scale.

A few years ago I started on RunKeeper as MyFitnessPal didn't sync with much else. Then migrated to Endomondo. There's a lot I like about Endo but it's platform is dark ages technology. Search engine, back button... it's all archaic and maddening. However one thing about Endo that really helps my motivation is the Challenges. When you can find them. With the archaic search. Anyone else utilize challenges from any app?

I did a modified Tunnabora last night. Made the intervals 8 minutes long and added two intervals making it seven 8' intervals @95% with 3' in between intervals.

Former Clydes are welcome. There's only 8 of us so far, so you're not exactly swamping out everyone like in the Strava group!
