It's alive! ;)
So the local MTB trail is closed this week... so being that i've dropped back down below 300 pounds, i decided to get out my Giant road bike... it has been sitting in a closet for the last 4 years... UGH! Sad, i know...
Hit the local rail trail for a 18.5 mile jaunt... was very nice and sunny, however it was pretty windy and the temp was a balmy 39 degrees! My first real cold weather ride in a very very long time! I will say i picked up some Under Armour upper body stuff a couple of weeks ago and i'm very impressed with it! My first experience with UA... very happy!

Get a trainer and plop it on there. Indoor miles are better than no miles. Setup in front of a TV or laptop. I've even played my Xbox on the trainer lol

So...... you're saying your bike came out of the closet?
It kind of looks like it wants to go fishing right now. I know that picture makes ME want to go fishing.

My wife stuffed it in the closet... apparently she was tired of seeing it sitting in the living room...
I do a bit of fishing myself, but i do the small inland lake thing... this was actually parked next to the Bad River here in Mid-Michigan...

Actually... i've been riding the living crap out of my Farley 6!!! Took a vacation day today and went a bit "Up North" and hit two locations for total of about 2.5 hours of hard riding! (my legs are shredded!!!) Gosh i love this bike!!!
Honestly, i can't blame her... completely my fault for not riding it.... hopefully I'll be fixing that!
