Help With Tires
 

Between the Smart Sams & Fast Traks is there one of these 2 that stands out in any category. I am looking for a commuter tire that will last but still be at least a little bit trail worthy, while rolling decent.

Open to other suggestions if you have good reason why what you suggest is better than these 2.
