Waterproof Glove?

Like to find a lobster/glove that's waterproof and warm - most gloves seem like they're water resistant.

I really like these. I feel like they have good dexterity and are quite waterproof:

I have a sugoi type of lobster/glove. I looked at their website and I don't see my glove on there. It's a split finger glove, 3 fingers in one chamber, and index finger alone in another chamber - works great for shifting sti shifters/brakes. The top (outside of the glove that is exposed to weather and rain) is waterproof. The palm side of the glove is not waterproof... but, then again, that side spends most of it's time on the bars. They are my 25-45 degree commuting gloves in all types of weather. If I could find another pair of gloves like these... I'd buy them - but, I seem to only find the 2+2 split finger design, now. REI has the design I like, but I don't care for the materials:

** edit: did some more research. This one looks like it might be the one - I'll need a savings account to come up with the pennies to buy it:

These are good gloves and reasonably priced, Novara Stratos Tech-Compatible Bike Gloves - Men's - REI.com

They're working so far dealing with an IA winter.

If your waterproof stuff doesn't seem very waterproof any more, shoot it with some Nikwax or your favorite other product
