Seen on the street. I'm assuming it's a prank or performance art. Certainly made us scratch our heads:

It's actually locked to the bike rack.

True. I put a couch out and it sat for a week. I put a For Sale sign on it and it was gone the next day.

You simply ride it while doing a front wheel wheelie.

Actually, I think it is easier to ride if one sits on the bars, with the seat forward, and does one's wheelie.
