UE Megaboom fit in bottle cage?
I'm wondering if anyone here uses a UE Megaboom for their commutes? Specifically if the Megaboom fits into a bottle cage?

Non omnino gravis
Someone on Amazon suggested the Topeak Modula Java Cage to hold the Megaboom-- which seems like the perfect solution, as it's adjustable, and has a strap to securely hold the speaker.
I won't go into the notion of putting a 2-pound, $250 speaker on a bike, unless you happen to already have one. My Boombot PRO was $25, and weighs less than half a pound.

Try the UE Roll.
I had one, and it was pretty good.
I sold it because I had a backstair fly 3 for my speaker needs and don't listen to music on my rides.

no, megaboom is too big.
I have both. I use the boom in my waterbottle cage, but had to wrap and old inner tube around the bottom of the speaker (speakers themselves are on the top half) to get it to fit snuggly in the cage.
Still, it works very well. Best part: I don't have to yell "on your left" when people are walking their dog or whatever. Most people ignore bike bells, but everyone notices me with music playing. Most people even seem to like the idea.

Sounds like you already have... nor, if I read between the lines, do you think much of the idea. Good. Neither do I. Neither would any other normal, decent, human being. I might even go as far as to wonder if the o.p. himself (definitely a he) thinks much of the idea. The Internet becomes less safe with every passing day...
