Need y’alls help choosing the right used bike! Please and thank you
I have the option to by either a 2014 Cannondale Quick 4 or a 2015 Trek 7.2fx, both are in very nice used condition. I do not have enough knowledge to make the proper choice. I’m 6’2’’ about 200 lbs. The Quick is a XL frame, 7.2fx is 22.5.

The best idea is to try them and see if they fit with proper seat adjustment.
Are you buying this locally from a person directly. If so, a quick trip with the bike to the bikeshop will dial-it in for you (seatpost / stem adjustments, if you want).
From my perspective, I'm 188cm (6ft2in) and 80kg (175#) and I ride a 22" inch hardtail MTB and a 595mm (23.4") single-speed bike and they both fit well. The single-speed bike is at the limit of what I'd want to ride.
I did try a 20" MTB when I bought the 22" variant and it was far too small and cramped.

If they are both in stores that's easy to test. If they are both on Craigslist and sold by 2 different people that's much much harder to compare them since most Craiglist sellers aren't going to meet you for multiple test rides.
You're not going to go wrong if they both fit properly. If you can't tell a difference between fit quality, go with the one that has any advantage over the other (cheaper, cleaner, better color, etc)

Awesome info guys! They are both within $50 dollars of each other. The Trek being the cheaper of the two. I know the Trek should fit well, it is the same model and size fram of my bicycle that was just stolen. Yay. Thus my search for a new bike.

been very happy with my Trek FX 7.0 Alpha 22.5" even tho I'm only 5' 11 3/4" but a hefty 230 lbs. good strong wheels, snappy shifting & brakes well. I moved on to a mountain bike tho, cuz I was exceeding the intended purpose for the bike. it always felt a tad too large & that I was sitting too upright, but riding it felt OK, so I kept it. I bought it used for a super great price
