If you can't ride in hot sunshine, you can't ride in Sacramento (City Motto: But It's A Dry Heat.)

It's Houston. I ride in the heat & humidity for about 10 months of the year.
Yesterday's ride in the morning the temp was about 80 and humidity was 97%.
The ride home was 96* feels like 105*, but humidity was 47%.

Its not go home time yet, but right now it's 97* feels like 107*.
It sucks, but I'll take it over getting wet any day. A little sweat is no big deal. But having my shoes full of water, and my brakes slippery, and road spray sucks way more than a little heat.

Really hot and humid today in Toronto. 29C but with humidity feels like 34C. Wear a wet towel under your helmet. You can use the ends of the towel to wipe the sweat from your eyes. The wet towel also feels nice flapping behind your neck.

I'll take both. Knock the rain down to 33, and cold down to 13 or so.

I love it all. Except wind much over 15mph, which sucks except when it blows on your back.

Of all the cycling conditions, the only one I don't find pleasant is when it is both raining and cold.

That's because I sweat a lot. So using clothes that keep me dry from rain, usually results with being wet from sweat. When it's cold outside, I don't like being wet. Also, it requires a change of clothes when stopped - which means hauling and worrying about that as well.

Summer showers? Bring it on!
Heat, snow - all good, no problems.

Any kind of head scarf is helpful for this

I actually like something thinner than a towel. A bandanna works great.

My head soaks it with sweat.

As the sweat evaporates off the fabric (much faster than it does off my head) it cools rapidly. Especially with the winds blowing over the wet fabric (even under my helmet)

On the hottest day I can touch my bandanna and it's cool to the touch. (It's also super gross, for the record. On a longer ride it gets dripping wet with sweat. It's cold and comfortable as long as I keep it on. But if I take it off mid ride and try to put it back on....it feels nasty and gross. So PSA....don't take it off until you get home. It's fine until you take it off.)

It's days like today that make me wish for some of the winter cold, and it's not even that hot out today.
