Neos Villager. Warm, dry, and only seconds to put on and take off.

The Neos Villagers are fine down to about freezing. Vapor will condense on the inside due to the
waterproof coating. Wool socks will keep the condensation from chilling your feet.

I have comfortably worn Wiggy's overshoes down to 0 degrees F/ -15 C while commuting
here in New England. They are sized to fit over work boots, so for regular shoes you might
have to go down a size. They manufacture great socks as well.

I had considered overshoes before. For their price, I think it's easier just to change shoes for the weather or season.
