Stunned, I guess best describes how I felt watching that clip. And on behalf of the moms on the board...gotta say it...."I wonder if their mammas know how they ride in traffic?" Gives a whole new meaning to the "get out of my hair" expression "Go play in traffic on the freeway." YEESH!!

Every time I see that I can't help but wish one would get hit.

It's really not cool to endanger the lives of others for a stupid game.

OK, I now have a little more sympathy for New York cagers who hate cyclists. If I saw people doing crap like that, I'd want them stopped too.

I recognize that style of riding as pure insanity, but the devil inside says "Go try that at once!" Fortunately, I rarely ever see that kind of traffic. It's painful to watch stuff like this at work, knowing there's another six hours to put in before ride time.

The number of positive responses in this thread to that idiotic behavior is truly disturbing. When mixed with messages about cycling's promise for the future of our planet, it is infuriating. Oh sure, "F the oil companies and SUVs; bikes are our only hope for the future of the world, so let's go and behave in such a way that makes typical motorist anomosity toward cyclists and law enforcement crackdowns completely justified in their minds."

Maybe one way to reverse the public dislike of pit bulls would be to run around the city sicking them on people.

Cut down on the sugar or something. Do whatever it takes to get a lot smarter, fast.

I agree. This video is disturbing. And the positive reponses to it on this board equally disturbing. I would have said sometihn yesterday but im a coward and didnt wanna get flamed by the I-diots.

I hope some LE folks get hold of that vid and prosecute someone. If i were LE i would gladly incarcerate those fools for a couple days. Those folks do bicycling grave injustice with their reckless behavior.

Hard to see, but is that dude smoking a crack pipe at the begining?

What a wonderful example to set for my kids. I'll make sure they never see that example of moronic stupidity.

P.S. That black bike looks like a Trek repainted w/plain gloss black and a Lamborghini decal. And to top it off with heavy Cosmic Carbone wheels. Kinda cheesy if you ask me. It's a sad attempt at BLING. I'm NOT impressed.
