Who rocks Burley rain gear?

Anyone using Burley rain gear? I'm looking for something commute-specific and am curious how well this stuff works. In the past I've been disappointed by most raingear (including 2-layer gore-tex, marmot precip, and most softshells), but really love my gore-tex pac-lite jacket. I'm a sweater, so I need something that vents well, too. Any thoughts on how Burley's stuff compares to other quality raingear on the market?

Also, if you've used both, how do the Rain Rider and Rock Point jackets compare? I'm also looking at their Ultimate Commuter Pants.

Cheers.

I have used a "breathable" burley rain jacket for over 5 years. I wear it for everything from rain to cold and sometimes just for the reflectiveness of it, unless it's hot out. it breathes great, but due to its age, is no longer waterproof. I need to put some goop on it that they recommended, but haven't yet bothered. it is one of my all-time best purchases.

I also have the non-breathable rain pants. I only wear these in the depths of winter or on really sloppy days since they are like rubber pants. great fit and design, but I suspect the "ultimate" pants are more practical for everyday.

I've been wearing a Rock Point rain jacket for the last couple of months. It has very long pit zips AND a flap in back over a wide ventilation opening. I've taken it on several 50-60 mile ride in the last month and am totally happy with it. Well-suited for PNW winter riding.

I order a Rockpoint Jacket three weeks ago. Its been on back-order all this time but finally tonight I can pick it up. I really need it because it is starting to get cold around here.

I love my Burley rain jacket and pants. Two things. First the pants and jacket are slightly different colors. Second no hood. I have the helmet cover but never used it. The color I have is the black. I think that the Jacket was 130 and the pants like 50. I like the zippered arm pits.

I have the burley rock point on order. The yellow version. I'm sick of almost being invisible wearing all black. Tights black, shorts black, shoes black, windbreaker black.
