Nice bike; very similar to mine. What kind of studded tires are those? I just recently swaped the suspension fork for a rigid and I am happy I did.

Those are homemade studs as well as the light. Sheetmetal screws for the studs, they grip like nobodys buisness thats for sure! I can ride wheelies and do endos on glare ice with those! Heavy and slow as hell though, I sound like a tank running down the road! Probably slowed me down by 5mph at least.

^^^^ Similar to mine as well. Is this a trend? I bought studded tires, have a rigid fork and mine is a singlespeed MTB. It's the cat's ass as far as I'm concerned. I run my light on my helmet, so as to better blind drivers... j/k

yeah, it was cheap, but a good bike. 3 years old now, have not had to fix anything except for the busted computer after I crashed on the ice last week.
